Please carefully review our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking a class, appointment, or private training session with Tap Rack Bang.
All sales are final. Tap Rack Bang does not issue refunds for cancellations of any class, appointment, or private training session.
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by email to info@trbtraining.com.
If you need to reschedule a class, appointment, or private training session, the following fees will apply:
A rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the standard cost of the class, appointment, or private training session will apply.
A rescheduling fee equal to 75% of the standard cost of the class, appointment, or private training session will apply.
Rescheduling requests are not considered complete until they have been received and confirmed by Tap Rack Bang. Any applicable rescheduling fees must be paid before a new date or appointment can be scheduled.
By registering for a class or scheduling an appointment or private training session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
