These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, customer portal, memberships, courses, events, and other services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Tap Rack Bang LLC, doing business as Tap Rack Bang / TRB Training ("TRB," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully — they include an assumption of risk, a release of liability, and a limitation of liability.
By accessing the Services, creating an account, registering for a course, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
To register for or participate in training, you represent and warrant that you:
We may refuse service, cancel a registration, or remove any participant who we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements or poses a safety risk, without refund.
TRB provides firearms and self-defense training, instruction, and related events. Course content is for educational and skill-development purposes. Nothing provided by TRB is legal advice. Firearms, self-defense, and concealed-carry laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time; you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.
Some Services require an account or membership, provided through our third-party authentication and membership providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
If you upload permits, identification, certificates, or other documents to our customer portal, you represent that you are authorized to submit them and that they are genuine and accurate. You grant TRB a limited license to store and use those documents solely to verify eligibility, track expirations, and provide the Services. FIREARMS TRAINING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. Participation involves the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death, to you and to others, including from the use of live firearms and ammunition.
By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training and related activities, whether or not caused by the negligence of TRB or others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge TRB and its owners, instructors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated ranges and facilities (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or relating to your participation, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims brought by you or on your behalf.
This Section does not replace a separate signed liability waiver. You will be required to read and sign a standalone waiver and release before participating in any in-person training. In the event of a conflict, the signed waiver controls.
You agree to follow all range rules, safety protocols, and the directions of TRB instructors and range officers at all times. We may remove or refuse service to any participant — without refund — for unsafe behavior, intoxication, insubordination, harassment, or conduct that endangers others. Firearms and ammunition brought to training must comply with course requirements and applicable law.
Completing a TRB course does not guarantee that you will be issued a concealed-carry or other permit. Permits are issued solely by government authorities under their own criteria, and eligibility can depend on factors outside a training course. TRB does not represent that any course satisfies the requirements of any particular jurisdiction unless expressly stated in that course's description.
You are solely responsible for the lawful purchase, possession, transport, storage, and use of any firearm or ammunition, and for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including transport and possession restrictions on the way to and from training. TRB is not responsible for your compliance obligations.
All course materials, curricula, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided through the Services are owned by TRB or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial training. You may not copy, distribute, record, or resell course materials without our written permission.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular training outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to the Services. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, the Released Parties' total liability is limited to the amount you paid to TRB for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
The Services rely on and may link to third-party providers (for hosting, membership, storage, payments, email, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. TRB is not responsible for third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Arizona], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE — e.g., Pinal County, Arizona], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct we deem unsafe or unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including eligibility representations, assumption of risk, release, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
